Referral Program Terms and Conditions

As a member of Smilelove’s referral program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
  • Qualified Referral - A Qualified Referral is a purchase that is made on Smilelove.com, using the unique link that the Referrer was assigned upon purchasing Smilelove aligners, through a Valid Channel.
  • Referred Customer - A person who has used a referral link and completed a purchase on Smilelove.com for the first time.
  • Referrer - The Referrer must be a customer of Smilelove. The Referrer and the Referred Customer cannot be the same person.
  • Referral Payment - If the referral is defined as a Qualified Referral, the Referrer will be paid out $100 in 30 days. If the referred customer cancels within these 30 days, the referrer will not receive a referral payment.
  • Valid Channel - The Referrer’s link can be placed on personal blogs, social media accounts, and/or shared with people that are considering purchasing. The Referrer’s link CANNOT be published on coupon sites, ads, social posts, etc. If there is a discrepancy, Smilelove has the right to determine whether or not the Referrer’s link was placed on a Valid Channel.
  • Disclosure - Referrer must clearly disclose that they are receiving compensation on all channels.
  • No Spam - You must comply with all up-to-date “CAN/SPAM” laws. Any distribution of your referral link that is unsolicited or “spam” will be grounds for termination of your account.
  • Right to Revoke Payments - Smilelove reserves the right to disapprove any Referral Payments for violating any of these terms up until the point that the payment is made.
  • Right to Close Accounts - Smilelove reserves the right to terminate any account for not complying with these Terms & Conditions.
  • Right to Cancel or Change Program Terms - Smilelove reserves the right to cancel or change the program’s Terms & Conditions whenever they deem necessary. Any unprocessed Referral Payments will be forfeited at that time.
  • Opting In - By sharing your referral link, you have accepted our Terms & Conditions.
